⚓ Crew Horizon & MLC 2006 Compliance As a certified and responsible seafarer recruitment and placement service, Crew Horizon Ltd. fully adheres to the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006) standards. Our operations are aligned with the following key MLC requirements:
✅ No Fees Charged to Seafarers We do not charge any recruitment or placement fees to seafarers. All services provided to candidates are free of charge, in accordance with Regulation 1.4, paragraph 5(b) of the MLC.
✅ Transparent Recruitment Process We ensure all candidates are selected based on merit, qualifications, and experience. All job offers are presented with clear contract terms, conditions of employment, and vessel details prior to deployment.
✅ Licensed and Authorized Operations Crew Horizon is licensed by the competent Bulgarian authority for the recruitment and placement of seafarers, operating in full compliance with national and international regulations.
✅ Verified and Legitimate Job Offers We only offer employment with shipowners/operators who demonstrate compliance with international standards, and we verify every job before proposing it to seafarers.
✅ Accessible Complaints Procedure We maintain a clear and confidential complaints procedure, allowing any seafarer to report grievances or unethical conduct at any time during the recruitment or employment process.
✅ Protection of Seafarer Documentation All personal data and documents submitted by seafarers are treated with strict confidentiality and are used exclusively for recruitment and compliance purposes.
