The quality policy of "CREW HORIZON" LTD. is aimed at continuous growth, based on establishing the company as a reliable partner, attracting new strategically important customers and expanding its activities to new markets. The company's management and all employees ensure that:

  • Seafarers are not subject to exploitation by employees with regard to the offer or assignment on certain ships or in certain companies;

  • Our services are absolutely free of charge for all job applicants;

  • Seafarers are aware of all the specific conditions of the work for which they are hired and of the specific policies of the shipowner regarding their work;

  • No means, mechanisms or lists are used to stop or dissuade seafarers from finding employment;

  • No fees shall be paid for the recruitment or accommodation of a crew in a direct or indirect form, in part or in full, by the applicant, except for the value of the seafarer's acquisition of the national medical certificate, national seafarer's book and passport or other similar person-al travel documents established by law;

  • Includes a commitment to continuously improve the quality management system and in-crease the effectiveness and satisfaction of users.

My commitment as a Manager is to ensure maximum understanding and empathy for the company's policy and goals on the part of all our associates, as well as the compliance of the goals set at the operational level with the company's policy and with the strategic goal of growth.

The Management's policy is documented and announced. It shall be reviewed and evaluated periodically at least annually during the Management review to ensure its adequacy and compliance.

The policy of the Management is disclosed to the employees by publishing it on the website www.crewhorizon.com. The publication also provides access to it for relevant stakeholders.

We strive to build good business practice, its continuous improvement and its transformation into a model for successful management. We believe that this will allow us to achieve sustainable business development of our clients (employers) and successful professional realization of the employees applying for work, which opens up opportunities for long-term and successful partnership with them.

Objectives related to quality policy

The goals that the company sets for itself in accordance with this policy include:

Provision of services in accordance with the signed contracts, applicable legislation, available resources of the company and strict fulfilment of the agreed deadlines;

  • Continuous improvement of the ratings the company receives from its customers;

  • Security in the management of information used in the implementation of services;

  • Increasing the efficiency of the company's activities by reducing inconsistencies in the management system and anticipating and neutralizing the risks associated with the activity.

The management of "CREW HORIZON" LTD constantly monitors its achievements based on the following performance criteria:

  • Number and reasons of complaints from clients (employers and job applicants). The main goal is to achieve zero level of complaints.

  • Number and value of completed contracts by employers. The main goal is to maintain the level of recent years and, if possible, increase them.

  • Adequate qualification of the Company's associates. The purpose is to enable the staff to enable the implementation and competent implementation of the commitments undertaken by the Company.

  • Risk management regarding access and management of information in the nomenclature of the activities performed. The main objective is to preserve the competitiveness of the Company.
